⛱️ LAKE HARMONY BEACH ACCESS
The beach at Lake Harmony Estates is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Our guests automatically gain beach access free of charge with the amenity badges provided. Please bring your own beach towels and chairs.

• Lake Harmony Estates offers tennis & shuffleboard courts.
• You may fish on the lake but must obtain a PA fishing license.
• Lake Harmony is one of the most lively and resort-like communities in the Poconos! Perfect for people that want seclusion but still to be near the action with many activities centered around a lake.
• Ask us about boat rentals & boat tour recommendations, lakeside dining, live music venues, golf courses, ski resorts, Split Rock Resort, hiking trails all just minutes away from our home!

👥 OCCUPANCY
Our home comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests but our max occupancy we can host is 10 people. If you'd like to bring a 10th guest, please let us know and we can discuss sleeping arrangements.

🏘️ SISTER PROPERTY NEXT DOOR
If you're planning a trip with a large group, we also host at the property next door which can accommodate up to 14 guests. This is perfect for family reunions, joint bachelor/bachelorette parties, large offsite/corporate events or group retreats. You will need a car to get around. Ubers are still a bit unreliable in our area, we suggest you plan to have transportation throughout the trip. Ask us about our group transportation/ private shuttle partner.

• Rental Agreement: you will be asked to fill out a rental agreement upon booking our home through your Guest Portal which is part of our property management software. The agreement asks you to list all guests names staying in the home and license plate information for all cars coming to the home. You will be asked to acknowledge all our house rules and there is an amenities wavier that is a part of this agreement that must be signed. This is required in order to stay in our home and must be completed a minimum of 72 hours before check in.

• Guest Verification: We may require further guest verification upon booking. This would include the main guest on the reservation providing personal contact information, a photo of their ID and a selfie with the ID.

-We do not accommodate prom parties. The main guests must be 25 or older to rent the home per community rules.

• The Poconos is very prone to wintery weather and snow storms in the winter months and thunderstorms in the summer months. It is not uncommon to lose electricity. Please consider this when booking your trip during those months. We suggest you purchase travel insurance to protect your trip at the time of booking. You may purchase it through Airbnb or after you book with us in your Guest Portal. We do not give refunds or change dates due to weather, power outages, medical related issues or family emergencies.

• All concierge services such as private chef, massages, luxury picnics, fridge stocking, professional family photo sessions, discounted rafting tickets, etc. are subject to availability and not guaranteed when booking.

• The community lake beach access is open only from Memorial Day to Labor Day, however the tennis courts are open beyond that with the exception of winter.
